Martamaps brand shows, as you may know, an illustration of a lovely Cornish seagull.
Well, I could say that I picked a seagull as the logo because flying high they get a different point of view over the towns and places I draw... that would have been poetic! But actually, I chose them because when they steal our steaming pasties, poop on our sparkling cars, or cry desperately on our roofs, they contribute to making this place special.
